i'm from puerto rico... i like electronic music.... the first cd i bought was dieselboy's the sixth session, I was in 7th or 8th grade... i'm 23 yrs old right now... been goin to parties as long as I can remember... i went to college, got a degree, moved to dallas cuz my G.F. is here and I wanted to leave puerto rico, 23 years in the same place was enough, lookin for a change.... wonderin why there aren't more big events in the DFW region... for example, one of the last great parties I went in P.R. I saw Fierce, Shimon, and Bunny from Rabbit in the Moon do sets on the same stage.... another example - in one party looong ago I saw Junkie XL, Ed Rush and Optical, Benni Bennassi and the Prodigy... hopin to see at least one event like that in DFW soon... or if this afterlife place has enough followers, I would love to see Noisia, Apex, or Spor... i'm into drum n bass, favorite being Neuro, followed by Jump-up if it's live w a good MC like Armani, Navigator and even Messenian from POTD is pretty good... i also like electro and house, like the type played by leCastlevania, Justice, MSTRKRFT, among others, (if you like this music check out the Hellen Keller Disco Squad, also friends of mine from puerto rico, like the Custom Soldierz, www.myspace.com/hkdsclub)... I used to be into progressive but not anymore, those dj's turned too commercial and going to one of their events is just tooo expensive....

love this guy already.
love neuro, ed rush, spor. all greats.
there are a lot of dnb nights at a couple bars around dallas.

you just missed future fest which had an awesome stage.
sound was a little off, but it still got the crowd hyped.

We have a pretty interesting scene here, not very big, but its like a family. You will find that we don't get as much DnB as we used to, but people are trying to change that around here, so we can only hope Smile

that kinda sux, in PR drum n bass is always there....there are other parties have gotten kinda commercialized but i dont mind since the quality has been greatly improved, and the scene is still the scene.... there are parties with huge line-ups though, more than one headliner n stuff... what they do most of the time is have a house or progressive dj on a main stage and drum n bass dj's on a side stage.... this is one party that's comming up back home, this is the type of thing that's gotta happen here: LINE UP:

UNDERWORLD (LIVE)
RABBIT IN THE MOON (LIVE) New Show massive
MSTRKRFT
DAMIAN LAZARUS
DISEL BOY
CRAZE & KLEVER
TREASURE FINGERS
DARREN PRICE

a party like this over here would make the move ever so sweeeeterrrr!!!!
