Hello! I'm Mike. I just got here five months ago from Florida, and just starting to explore the scene here.

Just a little background on me - I've been dj'ing since late '06 and was going to my first raves/warehouse parties back in '05 when I was living in AZ. Unfortunately, the part of Florida I was from had no scene whatsoever, except for a little tech house club that i played at a couple of times, so I decided to move my ass here.

I like dj'ing, but I started going to school for EM production last year through berklee college of music. I'm getting serious about producing, now that I'm almost done with school.

If you're a fairly proficient producer, please PM me. I'm looking for people to work with here! I mainly use Ableton, but I have most of the other DAWs too.

Ummm, I've been to LL, and I thought it was cool at first. Now I can't really stand it, so I started searching around and found Afterlife. I have yet to go. I don't really know anyone here yet, and I'm not too keen on going out by myself. Are the people at Afterlife friendly?

Anyway, I'm hoping to meet some new peeps to go out with here, so if you're interested in having a new friend or interested in working with me, pls get a hold of me, either on AIM or myspace.

Hi i'm sailor! One thing that I SUPER enjoy about afterlife is that everyone you meet is approachable and friendly. You will find the few 'odd' people that just from vibes alone you know u prolly shouldn't go up to them, but it's sooo diverse and i've made SO many friends. I think that even if you go alone, YOU WILL HAVE A BLAST and make friends quick!! I have so much fun every time i go.

i'm semi new to life, but it is pretty unjudgemental and easy to make friends, never personly been to lizard lounge but people tell me life is way better, i wouldnt worry about coming alone either all you have to do is walk up to some random person and say hi, oh by the way i'm benjamin, if you do go, come say hi

A lot of us will be, as it is the foam party. I'm not sure I will be though, for that very reason.

Why don't you like the foam parties?

It's debatable for me. It all depends on your comfort level with the larger crowds.

Some people love to go to events at Life because they get packed, others shy away for the same reason.
