Hey all,
Lookin' to check out afterlife this weekend. Ive been to clubs/raves in Vancouver. Just wondering how Afterlife stacks up.

All I know is its huge, there's an outdoor section, plenty of places to sit and some good music.
Is there a downside? Is the atmosphere good? Good place to meet new people?

the club is awesome
indoor and outdoor
good music throughout
lotsa cool people
good atmosphere and wonderful staff  |

I will say... since I am going to be the one with the big mouth...
Some weekends are better then others.
Fridays from when I noticed is much more chill day. It appears to be a time for people to come and hang with friends and relax.
Saturdays tend to be when events are held and there are bigger crowds. You will def. see a difference from a Saturday to an event Saturday.
Over all it is a a lot of fun. I am going this Saturday of course. I will be probably carrying my Giant Rubber Duck again.
Yes the duck was such a hit last weekend I feel he should make another appearance...

giant rubber duck!!! OMG, that is awesome :). I use to have an unholy obsession with ducks when I first became a raver back in 2000-2003.

Props to Sunkist as this is what I was looking for. I don't go to the club to "chill", I go to have a great time. Vancouver is great, but all the best clubs are in the seedy part of town. Check out The Lotus Sound Lounge when you fly in for the winter Olympics. Also there is a huge warehouse scene.

All I know is that I go to dance, and I dance my heart out. I tend to go with my friends but you are more likely to find me in the middle of the dance floor just dancing with myself. I will go out and be social but I am there to have fun. Honestly the people are great it doesn't matter the crowd. If you want to have fun there you will. I believe it is all about the mind set.
I just like rubber ducks Steven. I mean how cute are they! If you see someone walking around with a Giant Rubber Duck come say hi!!!

6th should be good because it is an event.
I think it would be wise to go before hand so you can go meet people.
I refuse to go alone.
It makes me nervous.
