How much do you believe is due to astrology, and how much do you believe is due to ones up bringing?

If there are general aspects that one acquires due to how the stars were lined up is one thing, but one must also note that things will alter how one is by the way they were brought up.

there are overall traits that each sign has, upbringing can cause these traits to manifest or be hidden, its not all rules and regulations as some would have you believe. However within each person lies these traits whether they be dormant or active. There are also other astrological factors that can change some of these traits as well, such as the position of the moon and planets at the exact time of your birth.

Astrology is a good guideline, it gives you an idea of what a person can be like, and if you look at those description and then apply it to that person they usually match pretty well.

now, each of the traits can have good nad bad aspects as well, so its not as straight forward as it seems

I believe it is very true that certain signs will not get along

for example my best friend is a Taurus, a Taurus will almost always get along with another Taurus, two herd animals together you know?
taurus is one of 4 fixed signs, the only sign that is a direct opposite of the Taurus is the fixed sign scorpio, my other best friend is a Scorpio. Taurus and Scorpio have a 50/50 chance of liking each other, if they like each other they will be friends, companions, lovers, however far the relationship may go, for LIFE. if they dont like each other they will absolutely hate one another.

so far this has been the case for me, Taurus can be one of the most compatible signs, easy to get along with and more patient than any other sign in the zodiac.

Yes... she sold my computer. It is very tragic, but I will admit I haven't touched it in a long time. I used to play FFXI so that is why I got it. Since I don't play anymore it hasn't seen much use.

On a positive note... since I think it is important to try to turn everything into a positive... I am getting the money from it...which benefits me going to Hurricane Harbor Friday since I have never been.

tried to play FFXI but it wouldnt run on Vista so I never got to play
my computer is ready for games though, lol
just recently upgraded it for Vista and decided to make it a decent game machine too

I actually tried playing Everquest. I don't recall if it was I or II not like it matters I probably played for a week if that.

You should really try FFXI. I had a lvl 75 blackmage and a 75 ninja along with some other jobs. I actually don't share my FFXI passed because must people never have heard of it. Oh well their loss!

My new laptop (which I hate and it should die) has Vista. I am not actually sure how I like it. I did hear they are coming out with something to replace Vista because it did so poorly.
