I am from Washington D.C. where there is no scene like dallas whatsoever! I am in Texas for school and have been going to Insomnia since i moved here with my ex. Hes crazy and i wanna try out new places heard afterlife is pretty cool so excited to meet everyone next weekend! Not a fan of lizard lounge hoping this is different??

lizard lounge was really teeny bopper kind of....wasnt a huge fan but people at insomnia turned out to b not so nice just looking for a more real atmosphere more party style then club style! nice to meet you omar!!

Well, Afterlife has a young crowd for the most part, but it can be quite fun and don't let them run you off. Just come find us Older crowd and you will be just fine.

I used to live just outside DC a loooong time ago. Went down to the City to go clubbing almost every weekend. Most of the Clubs I used to go to there are closed from what I understand.

yes when bush came to office d.c. and baltimore EDM clubs got shut down. the only thing we have left is starscape in baltimore once a year.....ive been back in dc for about 2 months now and im going insane got aplane ticket for next week to go back to dallas! never thought id like texas so much. its not the young age that bothered me as much as the attitude of the kids if u kno what i mean just kind of like ahighschool dance in lizard lounge lol.

Music at Life is better to a degree as well. Also our sound system kicks much ass :).

hey Yankeekid!! Welcome to the club and forums. Be sure to come introduce yourself if you see me around. I went to William and Mary class of '03. It was heartbreaking to see all the clubs close down in Baltimore and DC or turn into shadows of what they used to be. But the scene is alive and well in Dallas. I will be at EDC for sure!
