I'm going to Afterlife for the first time this Friday. I've heard this place is pretty baaaadass.
What should I expect?
I'm pretty comfortable with what goes/could go on there. I do have some friends that are coming to check it out but may not be too comfortable with it at first. I think the music intimidates them.haha I bet they'll like it though. What do you think?

Hello I am Stephen and welcome to the forums. You and everyone else should wear comfortable shoes and expect to dance. If you do not like the music playing in one room, there will be two other dj's playing to chose from. It tends to get crowded on Friday's as it is ladies night and they get in for only 5 dollars. 10 dollars for guys. So I would arrive earlier in the night as opposed to later.

saturdays are alot slower tho, once you've got your barrings come on a saturday so you can enjoy what i call a chill afterlife
but once you see the awesome people and the amazingly sexy girls im sure you and your buddys will be fine

Haha is it also true about the nicknames you get? A friend of mine went up there alot a while back and her nickname was Bright Eyes I think.

Yeah, I've gotten like six nicknames,
but honestly I just use my name.. I don't like rave names.
If I ever give a person my rave name, that means
I don't wanna be friends or know you, because you creep mee out
