It's a pun off of all hallows eve, aka Halloween. And just in case...a pun is the humorous use of a word or phrase so as to emphasize or suggest its different meanings or applications, or the use of words that are alike or nearly alike in sound but different in meaning; a play on words.

no, i got the play on words (and there is a difference between a pun and a play on words, the title here is not a pun, a pun is playing on a word that has multiple meanings) i just dont understand why it's a hi i'm new thread from someone who isn't new and not even attempting to introduce himself in any way shape or form and titled with a seemingly rather random play on words. follow my confusion now?
