Holy freakin jesus.

last night was hands down one of the most amazing nights at Afterlife I have ever witnessed. The visuals were beyond amazing, the sounds were beyond insanity and the vibes were off the wall.

The deco was seriously the best I had ever seen. I loved the Psy-Trance stage design, and the giant installation in the Warehouse was seriously amazing. I could stare at it for long periods of time and still find new stuff on there. The lighting was crazy, from the UV lights to the lasers, to the Fence with the daisy chained LEDs.

My favorite area in the entire place was the Psy-Trance stage. I did not know that Afterlife had that patch of land, and I was absolutly in love with it. Driving up to Afterlife and seeing the area lit up and people dancing made me crazy excited. I seriously demand that that area be used more often. I also loved the design of the Shell, as well as the Wharehouse.

The tunes were absolutly perfect. I couldnt stay in one area for long, as there were so many genres being presented. I will say that I stayed for Bible Fights set, and was blown away. I was so happy to hear Hardcore being played at Afterlife, and it definatly showed with the mass amounts of people in the wharehouse jumping to the tunes. All the live acts were amazing, and the Live breaks act was mesmerizing.

I give last night a 50 out of 10. Fully Funktional totally outdid themselves, and Afterlife like always, never ceases to amaze me. Thank you guys so much for the memories, and I cannot wait for the next event.

The pystrance stage was totally awesome, I have never had an experience at Afterlife in that field before Smile However, I liked the multiple television decorations in the warehouse the best Smile

That tv set up was the first thing I saw when I go there. Throughout the night I'd go in there just to see what would be on it. I was never disappointed.

I met omar. Smile

lol, idk. I was kinda up/down about the event.

Overall I don't think I liked it too much, but at the same time I did like it.

I think what really got me was I was slightly disappointed with wilcox's set. It was still really good, I was just expecting something else... Idk, it all just sounded the same to me. But Wilcox was definitely the upside imo, though I did hear some bomb ass dub in the main room when I moved from wilcox to there. ^_^ Definitely appreciated the dub fer sure.

But AMAZING job on all the deco and lights and everything. ^_^ Though I don't think it was worth the 25 it cost to get in. If they were going to charge that much at the door, they should've at least made it byob. But still a badass event, can't wait for the next one.

I think most of my problem was the people there. I kept seeing people finger fuck some hoe on a couch, but I did find one good point of one of the lil dilated ass children running about.

you are smarter than to post that~David

yeah.... Very Happy

Thank you guys for all of the kind words. We brought a lot of very talented people together and they made the atmosphere for us to enjoy. Dawn of D-Star Designs really made the Psy Stage pop with the 3 foot UV 3D model of the gas mask face and the other killer deco. Jeremy and Katy did an awesome job on the rest of the venues deco as well. I loved the stand up suited mannequin with the lights and face mask. Josh/Jeremy and crew from DJ Sound and Lighting put some heavy systems and lighting on the stages and did a fantastic job. The monitor sculpture in the Warehouse was insanely cool as well, thank you very much. To Ron-e and crew of Motion Loops, thank you guys for blowing many minds with your setups in The Shell and outdoor Psy Stage. The concept you developed with using circular fractals, tunnels, and kaleidoscopes that meshed with the full color laser projections was phenomenal. Thanks go out to my brother Caleb for holding down the other two screens on the Psy Stage as well. Clint from Code Blue, we couldn't have done it without you, either. It's always a pleasure working with you. Thank you. Chad (Chaser), you did a great job (as always) with the flyers, logos, and shirt designs. I heard someone mention that they felt like they were in the Carl Cox Tent @ Ultra when you got on the decks. Thank you Mark for giving us the opportunity to bring these people together in your house, and to the staff for keeping an eye on everyone. It went very smoothly. Also, thanks to everyone who helped set up. You guys rock.

The Music!... Jake Childs, Phutureprimitve, Wilcox, Divine Elements, Dragon, and The Funk Lab... Wow! I kept hearing form everyone how much they enjoyed the live sets you guys threw down. Unfortunately, Sean (Xtronika), was not able to make it to the show to perform his Live PA. He is in the hospital undergoing radiation/chemo treatment for throat cancer. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. As soon as you feel well enough to come to Dallas we will have you out, Brother. All of the Texas locals were on top of the game and it showed. There were open seats... But, packed dance floors all over, the way it should be.

Much love to everyone who came to Quarantined this year! You guys are Fully FUNKtional. Steve and I really wanted to do something special you all, from the deco and lighting to the diverse line up and lasers. We hope you enjoyed it. Without you guys we wouldn't be able to do what we love to do. Thank you. All of the performers saw that Dallas <3's Live PA's, and it's locals. We have some more shows in the works and we can't wait to see you all again.

-Stephen

Dude, it was sooo great....

He was telling me all this incorrect information, then I corrected him and he was just like 'oh?'.

Then he told me that I haven't had any medical classes and just said that, and then like 3 of my friends were like 'No dude, he's a medic'...

I crunched that guy with big words, yo. XD

But I live for that... Crushing the dreams/spirits of those that are fucked up beyond repair....

THAT'S a good saturday night. ^_^ Asshole-ish as it may be.
