tis a play on words dicknose. you see i took the word tardis which i know to be from the show that i have been watching for sometime now, im not sure if youve heard of it but its doctor something or other. then - and this is the truly clever core of the joke - i combined it with the word retarded. its actually quite brilliant. im thinking of submitting it to the enquirer or maybe the new yorker something that starts with THE. something that we educated peoples reed.
