Whats up everyone, just joined because it seems this is about the only decent club even remotely near baton rouge thats holding a new years party. I will be driving 7 hours with some friends just to attend this event..Def worth it in my opinion tho. Im bringing plenty of glowsticks to string and freestyle with, so look out for me! Ill be wearing a genxglow.com shirt cause i always rep my gxg raver peeps everywhere i go. Cant wait to see you all there, i anticipate it to be a great night. PLUR

that is crazy. I understand tho i drive an 1:30 one way every friday and sat. lol then i drive back home after the club at 4:00 in the morning sometimes later if i go to an afterparty i am usually dead when i get home lol

Yea i feel ya there, its bad enough driving back from new orleans a t 6 in the mornin after a night of strollin the streets and hittin up the clubs, i couldnt imagine driving 7 hours back to BR after a night at afterlife. Most likely ill end up gettin a motel on the way back. Thats just too much of a drive....

Yeah man that 30 minute drive to Afterlife every weekend just kills me. 
But if I end up at an after party(rarely these days but a year ago it was more frequent for me) I always end up west of Dallas and no matter which after party it was I had at least an hour drive home which killed me. Props to you and Ben for being that dedicated.

Nope, We are the only one of its kind.
We have lots of people from austin that come up on occasion. And there are some decent events down that way that We have at times Road tripped down to.

yep there a few good clubs in Austin. And there is Austin Underground Productions which usually puts on a really good party about once a month, but there is no steady club like Afterlife in Austin. We are basically the last rave style club of our size left in the state to the best of my knowledge.
